To assist patients with other insurance coverage, we provide patient statements upon request containing the necessary information required by insurance companies so patient may file on their own behalf.
We have been successful in utilizing single case agreements with other insurance providers to cover the cost of interventional treatments (Spravato® and BrainsWay Deep TMS™) as in-network. This excludes the cost of office visits and is on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

I was a long time patient with Preston hollow and had no problems until today. I went for a treatment and was treated like a criminal by Dr. Marty Bennett, the most unprofessional doctor I’ve had the misfortune of meeting. Separated into a different room and scolded, I hadn’t smoked anything but they don’t seem to care. If you want caring help for you or a loved one, go somewhere else. These people don’t know what that means.
