An Advanced Facility for Breakthrough Depression Treatments
The Dallas Center for Advanced Depression Treatments (CADT) is a safe, comfortable and certified treatment center offering innovative therapies for treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
Next-Level Care from Top Professionals
We deliver next-level care for patients whose depression has not responded to medication or psychotherapy, offering relief through several new, non-invasive treatments that are FDA approved for treatment-resistant major depressive disorder (MDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and bipolar disorders.
Our mission is to partner and collaborate with community psychiatric providers, offering patients access to novel interventions in a safe and professional environment.
Dallas CADT is a Spravato® national training center
Dallas CADT was one of the first centers in the United States to offer FDA-approved Spravato. Due to the experience and success of Dr. Bennett's efforts, our center was chosen by Janssen Neuroscience to be one of only four Spravato national training centers in the country, and the only one in Texas. Part of Janssen's Academy for Treatment, Observation and Management (ATOM), the center trains physicians from all over the United States on the best practices needed to safely and optimally use Spravato in their own offices. The center takes great pride in being able to help patients in DFW as well as those beyond our local reach.
Multiple Treatments Available
Spravato Nasal Spray
We are the one of the first and most experienced providers in DFW for Spravato nasal spray, a rapidly acting agent for depression that is not improved with the use of oral antidepressants. Not only have Spravato trials shown the therapy to be effective, but improvement can be evident within the first 24 hours. Spravato can be a lifeline for adult patients who have not responded adequately to two different antidepressants. Spravato is FDA-approved for TRD.

BrainsWay Deep TMS is FDA-approved for MDD, OCD and smoking cessation.

Hormonal imbalances occur when there is an excessive or insufficient amount of a particular hormone circulating in the bloodstream. Since hormones play a crucial role in regulating various bodily functions, even slight imbalances can lead to widespread symptoms and health issues, potentially intensifying depression and anxiety. Sometimes hormone optimization through treatments and lifestyle changes may help alleviate some of the hormone-related imbalances that commonly occur with healthy aging.

Abilify long-acting injectables, which include Ability Maintena and Abilify Asimtufii, are the first and only FDA-approved maintenance treatments for patients with bipolar 1 disorder. These medications have been proven to give more time without a mood episode. In a one-year clinical trial, those who were treated with Abilify Maintena (73%) remained mood episode-free significantly longer than those who were on a placebo. Once-monthly or once-every-two-months dosing means less pills patients have to take every day for bipolar 1.
